LEXUS TO EXHIBIT NEW MODELS THAT PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ELECTRIFIED EXPERIENCE
Lexus will push the boundaries of the electrified experience at the Japan Mobility Show later this month when it presents a concept model lineup showcasing its next-generation battery electric vehicles (BEVs).
Under the theme "Pushing the Boundary of the Electrified Experience," the concept model lineup previews the first next-generation BEV scheduled for introduction in 2026.
The concept lineup fuses advanced technology with traditional Lexus craftsmanship as the luxury brand reinforces its commitment of transforming into a BEV-only brand by 2035.
The Lexus stand will also feature a virtual reality driving simulator, allowing customers to experience the advanced, unique driving feel of next-generation BEVs.
As a way of expressing the brand’s desire to achieve a carbon-neutral society, the Lexus stand will make use of bamboo materials throughout, combining traditional Japanere beauty with environmentally-friendly, sustainable and functional elements.
Lexus Chief Branding Officer Simon Humphries will lead the presentation of the concept model lineup at 10:30 am on Wednesday October 25.
The Japan Mobility Show will be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koya-ku, Tokyo) and is open to the public from October 28 through to November 05.
